The K2 blackpearl QuickStart is designed to provide your organization its initial exposure and training on the K2 blackpearl platform. The QuickStart
includes 3 days of K2 blackpearl 101 Training combined with two days of architecture and process design, followed by one week of instructor
guided process development. What distinguishes the QuickStart from standard K2 blackpearl 101 Training is its focus on the customer's specific business process or process
functionality that will be relevant across a number of customer processes. At the end of the K2 blackpearl QuickStart customers will have been
exposed to what's in the K2 blackpearl "box" and how to use the specific components which are most relevant to their project or overall company needs.
A typical K2 blackpearl QuickStart has the following structure:
Days 1-3: K2 101 blackpearl Training
Days 4-5: Process architecture and discovery
Days 6-10: Hand-on process development and mentoring

The K2 blackpoint QuickStart is designed to provide your SharePoint team with the skills necessary to build advanced workflow and process
driven application utilizing K2 Workflow combined with the SharePoint platform. The QuickStart
includes 2 days of K2 blackpoint 101 Training combined with one day of architecture and process design and two days of hands-on process development.

The K2 blackpearl 101 Training Course is focused on the concepts of Business Process Management, how the K2 blackpearl product works, and how it
can be used to meet business needs. The course consists of 26 modules. In each module, you will learn about a new feature of blackpearl, and where appropriate,
lab exercises will accompany the module so you can use what you have learned in building a process.
